Billy joined St. Croix Capital as an acquisitions associate in July of 2016 after five months of interning. Prior to his time at St. Croix, he served as an analyst intern for E Smith Capital Partners. His primary roles include sourcing acquisition opportunities and conducting market research. Billy’s additional responsibilities consist of conducting property level due-diligence, providing brokerage services for deals that do not fit the company’s investment profile, representing tenants in the marketplace, and assisting in private equity fundraising. He is a young, resilient, and self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for commercial real estate.

Billy graduated with a B.A. in Government and a minor in Business from the University of Texas. While in school, his interests in public service accompanied with his ambition to succeed in the public sector influenced his decisions to study Government and Business. In school, he was a member of the Texas Cowboys – a service organization focused on giving back to the University and to the greater Austin community. As a Texas Cowboy, Billy oversaw day-to day operations as he was elected to serve on the executive committee. Along with Cowboys, Billy’s leadership roles consisted of President of his fraternity and earning his Eagle Scout.
