Abe has worked in all fields of real estate and understands projects from an ownership level, which differentiates him from most brokers. He is a specialist in real estate rather than a specialist in a specific field. He brings the perspective from all sides of the transactional table – from development and construction management to property management, tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales. His career with St. Croix Companies began in San Diego in 2002 where he specialized in the sale and lease of industrial and office projects but grew his portfolio to include the sale of finished land parcels and land holdings and developed commercial real estate throughout San Diego County and Austin. He relocated with St. Croix permanently to Austin in 2009 to focus on landlord and tenant leasing representation, investment sales, and property and construction management throughout the Austin MSA. In 2015, he left St. Croix to take a CEO position with Oxley Real Estate where he diversified his portfolio into managing all assets and operations for a full-service commercial real estate company with a large office portfolio spread across Texas. Abe rejoined St. Croix in 2022 with a focus now on asset management, leasing, and investment sales.
