John creates value for St. Croix's Institutional/Private Investors through executing Strategic Institutional Grade Industrial Developments, Procuring/Negotiating Institutional Grade Value-Add Acquisitions, and securing JV Equity/Debt for various developments and acquisitions. Post receiving a BA in Business/Psychology at Southern Methodist University, John joined Henry S. Miller Commercial’s corporate office in Dallas acquiring off-market tracts of land for private investment groups focused on Dallas Fort Worth’s northern growth pattern. As liquidity left the markets in 2008, John re-focused his efforts towards building a portfolio of off-market, income producing, assets in infill Austin with a local high net worth investment group through McAllister & Associates Real Estate Services. Ken, Bill, and John formed St. Croix Capital’s Advisory Services Group in December of 2013 to combine skill sets and grow St. Croix Capital’s Institutional Portfolio.
