Ken brings more than three decades of experience in the Texas and California markets to the St Croix Capital Companies, along with exceptional leadership skills. Ken began his career in commercial real estate in 1977 with Coldwell Banker brokerage services (now CB Richard Ellis). In 1980, he moved to Burnham Real Estate (now Cushman & Wakefield), where he became a significant owner of the company while building a highly successful brokerage practice. After 25 years with Burnham, he sold his interest in the firm and focused his full attention on his St Croix Capital Companies, which he founded in 1982.

The St Croix Capital Companies consist of a fully integrated real estate firm as well as investment, development, advisory services and management of property, construction and asset portfolios. Ken has successfully acquired, developed and managed over $1B in capitalized assets.
